Due to sanitary reasons and as these are handmade nails which are unable to be resold, I do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Please ensure your nails are sized properly, and double check all purchases before checking out. If you are unsure about your nail measurements, please contact me.

If you have received the wrong order or something is wrong with your order, please contact me within 10 days of receiving your order.

Processing times:

Please allow 2-10 business days(excluding weekends and public holidays) to process your order as all nails are handmade, however, during high-demand periods, this may be extended and we will let you know via the banner at the top of the site!
