  • What comes in each set?

    Aside from your set, which consists of ten(10) nails, each order comes with a free application kit

    Application kits contains:

    nail glue, nail tabs, a wooden cuticle pusher, a nail file and an alcohol wipe.

  • How long do the nails stay on?

    It all depends on your application.

    1-2 days: Apply nail tabs or a thin strip of glue from your cuticle to tip. Bring glue with you in case of emergency.

    3-12 days: Use the nail glue and follow full instructions on backside of nail display card. 

  • How do I figure out my nail size?

    Please refer to our sizing page

  • Are the nails reusable?

    Yes, with proper removal our press ons are reusable. Take the nails off according to the instructions provided and lightly buff the backs of the press ons to remove excess glue.
    Please note, the nails can get damaged over time with wear or improper removal.
    If you lose/damage a nail and would like a replacement, you can do so here.

  • What do you use to make them?

    I use gel products to add strength and bring these nails to life. Please note that due to product availability and the fact that these are handmade, designs may vary slightly from what's shown.

    I will find similar products should what I use become out of stock, but there may be some variations in designs that are out of my control. 

  • Do you accept exchanges or offer refunds?

    Due to the nature of the products and sanitary reasons all sales are final. For this reason, please ensure you double check your order and nail size before placing your order and refer to our store policies.

    Any quality/damaged/defective items claims must be submitted within 10 business days after the product has been received.



  • Once my order is placed, how long will it take?

    It takes 2-10 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. Please understand it is just myself painting, processing, and shipping the nails.

  • How long are shipping times and how much does it cost?

    Shipping times are dependent on location

    Major centres: 2-3 business days

    Regional areas: 3-5 business days

    Shipping is R120

  • Tips to make the nails last longer

    • don't expose your nails to water or any oils, for an hour, after application
    • use gloves when washing your hair or dishes to prevent lifting
    • be gentle and aware of your longer nails as they are more prone to damage
    • your nails are JEWELS not TOOLS, so don't use them as such
